Project 1:
My experience with organizational design was developed through my previous work on a portfolio for my Spanish class. This helped improve my planning and writing skills so I could create good research questions and papers. This SLO is useful even outside of this English class, as it helps prepare you for the future, which is very necessary for anyone. While working on my Meow Wolf project, I focused on immersing myself in the environment and documenting my experiences in detail. I took extensive notes and captured photos to help convey the essence of the place. By doing this, I was able to create a vivid and engaging narrative that brought the audience along on my journey. I also researched the background of Meow Wolf and its artists to provide context and depth to my presentation. This approach helped me develop a comprehensive and compelling story that resonated with my audience.
The challenges I faced while working on this final project were figuring out the best way to engage the audience and bring them along on my Meow Wolf journey, as well as learning different technical skills to make my presentation flow smoothly and be organized. The ways I adapted my strategies to overcome these challenges were by practicing my presentation multiple times to ensure I could effectively convey my experiences and solve the mysteries while keeping the audience engaged. I also made sure to plan out interactive elements and visual aids to enhance the experience for the audience. This level of organization and planning was necessary for me to deliver an effective and engaging presentation.
